Hi, we are Tanya and Dave Ivey! We met in 2013 while each living in the historic city of Antigua, Guatemala. Hailing from Canada and the US, we live healthy, smoke- and drug-free lives. We work Full-Time online and do not have pets or children. You will find us reliable, caring, super clean, and responsible. We promise to love and care for your home and pets as if they were our own, and to keep your property secure!

Our Requirements
We will only sit in non-smoking homes with a minimum of 2+ bed, 2+ bath, with designated space for us to work at.
We do need at least 10+ mg internet speed for our work, as well. We need this because we work 40 or more hours a week from home, so your pets will have plenty of company, every day!
Financials (FAQ)
In-home pet services cost an average $50 or more per day. We do not pay out of pocket to care for your home, nor do we charge for our travel expenses and time, but rather view sitting as a respected exchange. *Therefore all household expenses like your Gardener, Cleaner, WiFi/Electric/Air-conditioning/Cable bill, Pool supplies, house and Pet supplies, are expected to be included by you, during our sit.*
If applicable and appropriate, we also ask for the use of a vehicle during our stay. If it is more than One mile distance to walk to a full-service grocery store, we will require the use of a car.
We have found homeowners to be happy to do their part in ensuring us a pleasant stay while keeping their most precious belongings and fur family safe and happy!
